Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using smyga you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a contract between you and Smyga AB ("we", "us", "smyga").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the platform.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information in your profile, particularly emergency contact details used for adventure safety.
  • One account per person — creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use smyga to post false, misleading or fraudulent adventure listings.
  • Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or tamper with the platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from smyga.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Adventures and safety

smyga is a platform that connects guides with participants. We do not organise, lead or take responsibility for adventures listed on the platform. Participation in any outdoor activity carries inherent risk. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and attend adventures at your own risk.

6. Guides and organisations

Guides and organisations are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety of their adventures and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including insurance requirements). smyga does not verify qualifications or credentials.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that harms other users or smyga. You can delete your own account at any time from Profile → Settings.

8. Limitation of liability

smyga is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in adventures listed on it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

10. Changes

We will give you 30 days' notice of material changes to these Terms via email. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance.
